Ramona Lisa Ortiz-Smith, MBA, is a MTI Certified Mindfulness Teacher who brings over 25 years of cumulative meditation practice and spiritual studies to her livelihood as a Spiritual Teacher and Leader. She is a graduate of Spirit Rock Meditation Center’s (SRMC) Dedicated Practitioners Program (DPP6), East Bay Meditation Center’s (EBMC) Commit to Dharma Program (C2D3) and the Mindfulness Training Institute's (MTI) Mindfulness Teacher Certification program. She is currently enrolled in EBMC's 2-year Spiritual Teacher and Leadership (STL) training and a year-long Indigenous Focusing Oriented (IFOT) training to support her work with intergenerational and ancestral trauma and meditation.

Ramona Lisa shares the Dharma and related mindfulness practices as a Cloud Sangha Teacher, Visiting Teacher at EBMC, guest and assistant teacher at Spirit Rock, and a facilitator for Peace At Any Pace's Deep Time Liberation retreats in-person and online through her business, Free Spirit. Ramona Lisa is known for her integrity, dedication to customer service, humor and love for the Dharma. She is a published journalist for Peace At Any Pace's Deep Time Liberation online newsletter and East Bay Meditation Center's online newsletter.
